Global for Survey and Consulting (GSC)
Global for Survey and Consulting (GSC) is a Moroccan research organization that specializes in polling and conducting quantitative and qualitative surveys. GSC has a diverse team comprising associate researchers, senior experts, and more than 60 surveyors and interviewers. The organization has collaborated with many international and national organizations and universities, including Afrobarometer and Morocco’s central state and municipal governments.
GSC is led by Prof. Mhammed Abderebbi, its president and co-founder. He has more than a decade of experience designing and implementing surveys related to migration, gender, political attitudes, democratic practices, social and political participation, and countering violent extremism. A professor of sociology at Hassan II University of Casablanca, he possesses hands-on expertise in designing and facilitating survey questionnaires, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions. Prof. Abderebbi has also served as an evaluation expert on donor agency programs, including USAID. In Morocco, he is the national investigator for Afrobarometer and World Values Survey. He speaks French, English, and Arabic.
